Delete Your Data

How to request deletion

1. Email support@confexo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the email address you used to register for an event, and the event name if known.
3. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, and any registration/ticket details tied to your account
• Push notification subscription data

What may be retained

• Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you (e.g., attendance counts used for event reporting)
• Records we're legally required to keep (e.g., payment transaction records retained by our payment processors, Stripe and Zeffy, per their own retention obligations)
• Data will be fully deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is legally required as noted above.
